So why do I have time to blog now? I quit my job. But this time, I have a good reason...
I've blogged about wanting to be a chef since I was a kid. So when the opportunity came knocking at my doorstep, I grabbed it. "Don't think, blink" was again my motto. Well, it's not like I haven't thought about it; it's what I really want. But I think I love to eat more than I love learning to cook,
emphasis on learning because I'm not really that good of a cook. Sigh! I hope two years is enough to turn clumsy me into an exceptional, devil-chopping iron chef. Good luck to my school!

My blogging skills,
(if I have any), is rusty for not updating too much. My last post was October of last year. Whew! Anyway, school started last week. It was all about nutrition, sanitation and product identification (I have to master different kinds of mushrooms, legumes and lentils for this coming week's exam!). No hands on yet. We're still on the theoretical stage. So far, I'm enjoying it. Will keep you posted... see if I change my mind again. Hehe!
